About

Naibara Perm Reg’d was first registered with the Canadian Kennel Club in 1969 by master breeder, Lynda Berar. Since then, she has worked tirelessly producing Miniature Schnauzers for both show and for family pets. With almost 60 years of breeding, she has produced over 200 champions and an astounding number of best in show winners.

Lynda has now retired from breeding, but before doing so she produced one last litter, which included a single female who was named Naibara’s Beautiful Life. Zoe, as she is known at home, was noted by Lynda as one of the best bitches she has produced over the years. Many judges from throughout the world agreed that Zoe was a fine example of the breed standard, and she was recognized by them with many great wins in the show ring. Handled by Jacquie Daley with the support of many friends, Zoe achieved the Grand Champion Bronze title as awarded by the Canadian Kennel Club.  In addition, she has earned several performance titles, including Canine Good Neighbour, Companion Dog in Obedience, and Therapy Dog Novice, as well as Barn Hunt Instinct, Sprinter, and Advanced Trick Dog. Together these led to a Versatility Novice Title, demonstrating just how versatile the Miniature Schnauzer is.

Zoe is now retired from the show ring but will continue in performance and, most importantly, as the most beloved pet to her owner, Barb Daley. Having been identified as a candidate to preserve the breed, she will also turn to the whelping box to further Lynda’s lines. With that, the legacy of Naibara Kennel will now transfer into the hands of Barb and Jacquie as they make their own contribution to the Miniature Schnauzer breed. In their words, “It is an incredible honour to be able to bear the Naibara name on our future puppies. With Lynda’s mentorship, we are confident that we are heading in the right direction.”
